Parsons Gardens

Washington, Seattle •
View on Map
Parsons Gardens is a diamond in the rough: an intimate, compact Seattle city park with wonderful paths and an arbor. Described as a secret garden for locals, the gardens do not disappoint. From 1905 until 1956, the location was the private garden of the home of Reginald and Maude Parsons. Their children later donated the property to the city for all to enjoy. Permit fee applies.

Good to Know Before You Elope Here

Please come dressed and ready for ceremony. Don't forget to bring your marriage license! Reminder not to carry too much. You don’t want a bunch of bags, etc in your photos. Bring walking shoes if you intend to wear high heels in your ceremony. You won’t regret the flats, I promise! Speaking of tips, we highly recommend them for your team! $30/person is customary and means a lot for the work they put in! Lastly, don’t forget to have fun. This is a day you’ll remember for the rest of your life (in the special way). Breathe, relax and enjoy. You got this. ;)
