I have to go with Bill Baggs State Park. Toes in the sand, the way the sun sets behind the palm trees… it’s pretty fabulous.

It’s no surprise that many couples choose to elope in Florida: the Sunshine State offers sweeping ocean views and cities filled with endless possibilities. How to legalize your Miami elopement

To make your Florida elopement legal, you and your partner will need to apply for your marriage license. A Florida marriage license can be used in any county, regardless of where you applied. Both you and your partner will need to be present to receive your license, as well as photo identification such as a driver’s license or a passport. Keep in mind that there is a mandatory 3-day waiting period before you can use your marriage license, so be sure to keep that in mind when planning your day!
