Alfred Caldwell Lily Pool

The Alfred Caldwell Lily Pool is a hidden garden designed to resemble a river meandering through a Midwestern prairie. In the midst of Lincoln Park, you follow a stone path to a stone pavilion and native plants. Landscape architect Alfred Caldwell redesigned the area in 1936 after the Victorian-style garden fell into disrepair. Now, a tranquil waterfall and tropical lilies provide an intimate space for your ceremony.

Fulton Market Loft

The industrial-style timber Fulton Market Loft has an excellent rooftop terrace complete with city skyline views. Inside, you will notice high ceilings, dining and living rooms, and large windows for lots of natural light.

Lurie Garden

Lurie Garden blends native plants and ecological projects to create an oasis amongst the downtown Chicago’s buildings. The garden offers a four-season experience with bold design that pays homage to Chicago’s transformation from flat marshland to a city heralded for investing in extensive green spaces. A wooden footbridge over shallow water divides the garden diagonally between “light” and “dark” plates.

Morton Arboretum

The Morton Arboretum is a sprawling 1,700-acre living museum in suburban Chicago. Indoors, you can choose the Sycamore Room with large glass walls or the Founder’s Room full of ornate decorations. Outside, the Fragrance Garden or Morton Terrace capture the refined elegance of the venue. Venue rental fees apply.
