Arleshia and Quincy had their elopement ceremony at the beautiful Top of the Rock in New York City in February. Top of the Rock is a traditional New York experience for your ceremony. We'll make our way onto the observation deck for your ceremony overlooking the whole city of New York. While this won't be reserved for you and there will be on-lookers, it definitely doesn't take away from how fun this spot can be!
