Phillip and Samantha had their elopement ceremony at the beautiful Foothills Parkway West - Mile 25/26 in Gatlinburg in September. The Foothills Parkway is a gorgeous scenic drive through the Northern part of the Great Smokey Mountains. The 72.1-mile parkway connects U.S. Route 129 along the Little Tennessee River in the west with Interstate 40 along the Pigeon River in the east.
