Karen was above and beyond amazing for us. She answered a lot of my questions before the ceremony and then helped me through the whole process. I can’t say enough good things about her. She was so wonderful.

I was told the flowers would be at the hotel by 11 and they weren’t. So I called and they told me the planner told them by noon. However, they didn’t show up till after 12:30p. It made me nervous and no one even called to update me.

The photographers and reviews! Also, the customer service. From the very first time I spoke with the simply eloped team I knew it was the right team for us. I was indecisive and had a ton of questions, and everyone I spoke with helped and responded quickly. I never had to worry about anything.

You guys took the stress out of getting married and let us take in the moment. I am so grateful for the team that we got to work with. Both of us have talked so highly of you to all of our friends as a result of such a positive experience we had.

Lucas was fantastic! We especially appreciated that he drove to our Airbnb for an added hour of photography and was patient while taking photos of us with our shy rescue pup. He was great to talk with and provided very helpful direction so he could get great shots of us.

Irina was amazing! She made us feel super comfortable while taking pictures and talked us through the entire process. She was talkative and helpful from the very beginning of our day.

Our photographer was wonderful! She took the time to make sure we posed correctly for the best shots and she was very open to our requests and ideas.
