Jenny was one of the best parts of the experience. She was very relatable and we had a lot in common to talk about which was nice considering I had never had my hair and makeup done before. She even helped carry my flowers down to my Uber which I greatly appreciated with everything going on. Definitely wouldn’t have known what to do without her.

He was very kind! Very helpful! I had lost my vows and he talked about different options. He told thomas and I story very well I loved it!!

Gina was wonderful – very friendly and professional. She called me a week prior to the ceremony to get a feel for who we were and what we were looking for and set up the Zoom live-stream link for us to share. She arrived on time and helped us get staged. She did have trouble starting the Zoom live-stream due to a connectivity issue and we found out after the ceremony that there was no audio, only video on the live-stream. The video recording of the ceremony unfortunately can’t be located, so the digital video of our ceremony that we thought we’d have to keep and share we won’t have. I 100% understand that IT issues happen and I am not upset with Gina, but it is a disappointment. She has been very forthcoming and apologetic and I appreciate her time and efforts and wish her all the best. I’m so glad we got to meet her and she was part of our team!

I wish the rest of the services (consierge, videography, etc.) had been avaiable.

She made us feel so comfortable and helped my nerves. She took every photo I wanted and made us laugh. She was incredible.

She did ask for our “love story” in advance of the ceremony but did not include any of it in our vows. No big deal but just thought that was interesting.
