Maybe the helper should show up at the brides place and then be followed to site .. knowing it was a destination wedding so that their is no mistakes on how to get there

And helpful when needed. however I don’t truly see the use of this role. It may be because I had a lot of guests and help. If I were to recommend this company to someone else I would tell them that they didn’t necessarily need an on-site helper.
