So our only issue was we didn’t actually get married at the place we thought we were. We did the first look at the site. So I had to go there before my wife. She’s the one that knew more about our location than I. After our first look and ceremony, took pics w family and such. Then my fiancé mentioned this place being different than the pic. She got her phone and showed it to Brandon, our photographer. He knew exactly where the place was. Said it was in Sedona, but not in crescent moon day use area. My wife had sent the pic to two diff people saying that’s where we wanted to get married. They said that’s where it was going to happen, but it wasn’t. Don’t get me wrong, it was gorgeous. Just a bit disappointing that we had shown so many people where this was gonna take place, and it didn’t. Brandon did take us up a mountain that offered amazing views for our pics after learning this, but our family couldn’t come as we had one on crutches, and she was exhausted after the previous trek to the first spot. If that place was closed, that’s ok, we just should have been told that.
